Last night, we were notified that some people were not able to receive the confirmation e-mail from the web site.
The most likely cause is that the e-mail address you are using, directed the e-mail to their Junk E-mail or SPAM folder, by mistake.
If you use the E-Ticket service, you should receive an e-mail from The Pennsmen Inc. Events (email@example.com), immediately after the transaction. If you don’t find it in your inbox, please check your provider’s Junk E-mail or SPAM folders to see if it was placed there.
If you do not find the confirmation, e-mail me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I can forward you the confirmation e-mail that I received, directly, instead of through the automated system.
